Just a reminder that fees for Band shirts, auto decals, and the first school-owned instrument payment are due by Friday, September 15. Beginner shirts are $10 each, as well as the Auto Decals. Polo shirts for Symphonic/Wind Ensemble members are $20 each, and the Jazz Band shirts are $25. School-owned instrument fees are dependent upon the payment plan you chose: $100 for Plan 1, $50 for Plan 2, $25 for Plan 3, and $12.50 for Plan 4.
If you are unsure exactly how much you owe, feel free to check your student’s Charms profile at charmsoffice.com or email Mr. Pulley. Cash or checks made out to SBMS with a valid phone number are accepted, and students can turn them in to a director in an envelope with their name on it.
Also, those parents wishing to chaperone at any point this school year must fill out the paperwork and return to Mr. Pulley no later than Friday, September 15 for processing. Thank you to those who have already volunteered, we appreciate your help!
