It was great to see some of you at Open House! On Monday, we will be starting our biggest fundraiser of the year – World’s Finest Chocolate. This fundraiser is similar to the one your student might have had in elementary school.
Click here for the information and permission form if your student would like to participate. This must be signed and returned before a student will be checked out a box of chocolate. Students may not sell chocolate during school hours, and must turn in the $60 from the first box before they can check out another box. Money should be turned in before school during Advisory, and boxes of chocolate can be checked out starting the last 2-3 minutes of 7th period and after school. Students should show their band pass to their teachers to allow them to come to the Band Hall during those times.
Every student that sells will get 50% profit in their band account that go towards our Spring Trip to Typhoon Texas (Pflugerville) in May. Other band expenses include medals, ribbons, solo & ensemble judges, all-region fees, snacks & food, social events, etc. If you have any questions, please email a director.
