Reminder that the band boosters will be holding a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser in the High School Commons on Friday from 5:00-8:00pm. Thursday is the last day for pre-sale tickets that are sold online at this link: Dinner Tickets for $8. Tickets are also sold at the door for $10 and meals include drink, salad, garlic bread, spaghetti with sauce (and optional Italian sauce), and a dessert. Kids under 5 eat free!
Also on Friday, we will doing student drop off a little differently this year. This is designed to help the flow of student traffic that tends to bottleneck in the building. When students first arrive at the High School, they should assemble their instrument and leave their cases in their parent’s vehicle and take their binder to the HS Band Hall entrance.
M100 students will meet the students outside and we are in Group C that serves as a holding area before our students will be allowed in the building. When it’s time for warm-up the directors will then bring students into the HS Band Hall. When students are done performing on stage, they will exit outside the stage-right door.
Parents may enter either the front HS entrance or the PAC entrance, but not the door by the Band Hall since this will be closed. Email a director if you have any questions.
