On Saturday, band students performed in our 8th Annual Solo & Ensemble Contest here at South Belton. We had a total of 228 events that morning, and 175 of them earned a Division One Superior rating. This is 32 more than last year! These students will earn a medal at the End-of-Year Awards Ceremony in May.
There were 50 Division Two Excellent ratings earned, which is 17 more than last year! These students will earn a ribbon. We had a total of 27 Outstanding Performers that were selected by the judges, and these students will receive an additional special medal at the ceremony in May.
