This information only applies to Wind Ensemble Parents:
We are scheduled to visit 4 elementary schools on Thursday, December 12 for our annual Elementary Holiday Tour. Because of the deficit of district bus drivers, we are asking that you drop off your student and their instrument at Southwest Elementary (611 Saunders Street) no later than 7:45am that morning. If this will be a problem on this day, please email Mr. Pulley ASAP so we can discuss alternate arrangements.
Also, we will be needing parent chaperones to volunteer for this day, especially to help us transport instruments. If you are an approved volunteer and can help this day, please email Mr. Pulley. Thank you for your continued help and support.
